How simple it is to book your wine tour

To request a wine excursion you need only write us an email.

Please mention the 1) date you are interested in, 2) how many you will be and 3) where you will be staying (if you know).

Also mention if you are vegetarian (lunch is at a famous local butcher!)

You can always check availability which we update every few days.

Enquiries of all kinds are welcome. All emails will be responded to, so if you don't hear back from us within reasonable time, please contact us again (sometimes emails have a capacity to end up somewhere in cyberspace!).

Booking

We'll get back to you with availability and if we have availability with all the info you'll need to book. If we don't have availability we may be able to suggest alternative tours or activities for you.

When you decide to book, you should email us back to let us know and we'll send you a confirmation that we've signed you up for the tour that you wanted.

Please notice:

Important: Once you book a tour, you should inform us either where you will be staying the night before the tour (inclusive of contact phone number) or a mobile phone number or email address that we can contact you on while you are travelling.

Also important: You should print the details that we'll give you for your tour inclusive of pick-up point and time. It is your responsibility to turn up on time or inform us if you are late or unable to show. Deposits will not be rendered in case of no-shows (and we do however expect you to advise us if you can't make it with a phone call or email so that our tours can start on time and we may respect the time of the wineries, and of course of the other travelers!).

N.B. Before the tour starts, you will become a member of the Associazione del Vino Toscano (Tuscan Wine Society) and you will be fully covered by the insurance of the association. The membership lasts a year and is included in your tour fee and entitles you to special benefits in these places in Florence!
